A meaningful farewell dinner was organized for our esteemed Professor Dr. Alaiddin Yılmaz, who retired from our department, with the participation of our Rector Prof. Dr. İsmail Hakkı Özölçer, Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Servet Karasu and Prof. Dr. Bekir Hakan Bakkal, Dean of the Faculty of Science Prof. Dr. Kadir Demir, Head of the Physics Department Prof. Dr. Rıdvan Baldık and valuable academic and administrative staff from various units of our university and our Faculty of Science.

We would like to thank our professor for his contributions to our university and his devoted work throughout the years.
