The response properties of low-dimensional periodic electronic systems, such as quantum wells, wires, and dots, are investigated in terms of their electrostatic and electrodynamic characteristics.

Nanocomposite materials containing metal and semiconductor nanoparticles are produced in polymer-based media. By investigating the structural, optical and electrical properties of nanocomposite systems, studies are carried out on diode, solar cell, electromagnetic shielding and UV radiation protection systems, and researches are carried out for their use in optoelectronics and energy systems.
